Between 1989 and 1997, Seta Tanyel recorded over 10 albums for Collins Classics. Her recordings range from solo performances of Chopin through to large orchestral performances alongside Philharmonia Orchestra and more.
Seta Tanyel was born in Istanbul, Turkey, and is one of the country’s finest classical pianists. Celebrated with numerous accolades, including being awarded prizes at the prestigious International Beethoven Competition and Arthur Rubinstein Competition, Tanyel epitomises the virtuoso performer.
